Different office spaces

Each office has it’s own space. Offices are all different shapes and size’s, there are countless number of ways of decorations and arranging them. Much of the arrangement and decorations depends on the size of the office and the amount of people who will be working there; it also depends on how many people will be working in the same space at once. Will some individuals have their own office? Will others have to share space? If so will cubicles be the best answer? Some offices may be small and cramped while other can be spacious and luxurious. A vast reason why offices are so different from each other is because each owner likes different decorating styles and has a different way of running an office. Some owners believe if there is too much going on inside of the office the workers can become distracted and work will be done at a half rate. Other owners are completely opposite; they believe that working in a comfortable surround will enhance performance. While performance is a key issue in the office, it is also important to think about the workers privacy, do they feel secure enough to work fast and efficiently without feeling like someone is constantly watching? The cubical is a great way to give privacy to workers; it allows them to work in a quite and comfortable place. Although the cubical is great for privacy it can cause workers to become lonely and have a feelings of separation and also feel unsafe. Sometimes cubicles are the best solution too wide- open office space; cubicles can be very nice and they are efficient and a cost effective way to give employees their own personal workspace.
