  • What is your negotiating philosophy?
  • What is your experience in finding the types of properties that interest me?
  • How many tenant representation transactions have you handled in the past three years?
  • Are you aware of the market conditions?
  • How do you handle conflicts of interest? For example, if there is a conflict when you show me space that you or your company are trying to rent on behalf of a landlord?
  • How do you describe your reputation in the business community?
